Includes vendor recommendations, basic suggestions for site decor, food, attire, favours, centrepieces, stationery etc., assistance with wedding planning schedule creation, wedding day itinerary creation, overview of contracted services and more.
• Meet with us for 1-4+ hours at a time (Typically only 1 meeting is required)

• Have us assist for a few hours or the whole day for specific tasks. Assistant and support with set up and tear down of ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, ushering guests, personal assistant to bride and groom on the day of the wedding, and more.
• Meet with us 72 hours+ prior to your wedding day to address your needs.

• Similar to Month-Of Coordination, Day-Of Coordination is for couples who really just want help on their big day. Have a wedding professional take care of any loose ends in the days before your wedding, our lead planer will also attend you rehearsal and provide wedding day management from beginning to end. We will create and maintain your wedding day itinerary, offer support where needed, supervise the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception set-up and tear down, handling vendor payments and more. Includes 1 lead planner as well as 1 professional assistant at no extra charge.
• Meet with us 4+ weeks in advance to adress your needs.

• Let us take on and assist you with the finalizing details of your wedding in the 6+ weeks leading up to your wedding day. Support with loose ends and finalizations, rehearsal dinner and wedding day management from beginning to end. Review of all vendor contracts, preparing and maintaining a wedding day itinerary, recommendations with regards to site decor, food, attire, favours, centrepieces, stationery etc., handling follow-ups and confirmations with vendors. Includes 1 lead planner as well as 1 professional assistant at no extra charge.
• Meet with us 6+ weeks in advance to address your needs.

• Similar to Full Planning services, Partial Planning services offer the same guidance and support with limited venue and vendor recommendations, negotiations, appointments and bookings, review of all vendor contracts, preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule, full development of your theme, recommendations with regards to site decor, food, attire, favours, centrepieces, stationary etc., handling follow-ups and confirmations with venues and vendors, full wedding day itinerary creation and management of your entire wedding day from beginning to end. Includes a lead planner as well as a minimum of 1 assistant at no additional charge.
• Meet with us 10+ months in advance to address your needs.

• Go through the entire wedding planning process with us from the start.
