I, Erica V. Quarles of Platinum Notary, offer Wedding Officiant Services in order to help happy couples tie the knot on their special day! I design ceremonies for couples looking to solidify their love and commitment to one another in quaint, intimate settings. I perform civil, non-denominational, religious, same-sex, and spiritual ceremonies. I perform wedding ceremonies for those that identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, transgender, queer, non-binary, gender neutral, intersex, asexual, androgynous, gender non-conforming, and gender fluid.
Platinum Notary is one of the wedding officiants in West Sacramento and offers wedding ceremony services.
Wedding Ceremony Packages and Prices
We are happy to put together a package for you. The exact price depends on several factors such as the date of the event, specific services included, number of hours spent at the event, etc.
Below are some sample packages. Most packages (and pricing) can be customized to fit your needs and budget. You can either book an existing package or click Price a Package to create a custom one.
Platinum-194 Wedding Ceremony Package
- This package is perfect for the couple wanting a small ceremony or to elope. The couple may have a handful of guests at the ceremony or the ceremony can be performed with the couple and their witness(es).
- Platinum-194 package includes:
- Free 15-minute Zoom and/or phone consultation with the couple
- Short, pre-written ceremony
- Follow up emails and/or phone calls with myself and the couple
- Performing of the wedding ceremony
- I will arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony
- Guiding witness(es) on how to complete their portion of the marriage license
- Filing of the marriage license
- A 50% deposit and signed contract are due three (3) days following the initial consultation AND is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Platinum-195 Wedding Ceremony Package
- This package is ideal for the couple seeking a micro wedding or an intimate ceremony. This ceremony can be partially customized.
- Platinum-195 package includes:
- Free 30-minute Zoom and/or phone consultation with the couple
- 1-hour planning session
- Ceremony Planning documents such as my custom Vow Writing Tips, explanation of Unity Ceremony Rituals, and detailed information on how to apply for your marriage license in your respective county
- Follow up emails and/or phone calls with myself and the couple
- Custom ceremony script delivered to the couple 10 days following the 1-hour planning session
- Choice of Unity Ceremony Ritual from list provided
- Choice of one scripture/reading/song
- 1-hour rehearsal with your wedding party and/or wedding vendors
- I will arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to meet and coordinate with all of the couples’ wedding vendors
- Guiding witness(es) on how to complete their portion of the marriage license
- Filing of the marriage license
- A 50% deposit and signed contract are due three (3) days following the initial consultation AND is NON-REFUNDABLE.
