Pink Daisies Events is a partial planning and wedding coordination company designed to make the biggest day of your life, the best day of your life! We offer several coordination and partial planning packages depending on the services you want and the size of your wedding, to help accommodate all budget levels with only the services you need. We are extremely organized, timely, and enthusiastic. Our goal is to make the planning process simple, easy to understand, and stress free, and we are very excited to meet you!

Wedding Planning Packages and Prices
We are happy to put together a package for you. The exact price depends on several factors such as the date of the event, specific services included, number of hours spent at the event, etc.
Below are some sample packages. Most packages (and pricing) can be customized to fit your needs and budget. You can either book an existing package or click Price a Package to create a custom one.
Partial Planning Wedding Planning Package
- This package is intended for clients who want some guidance along their planning journey. We are available every step of the way to help you have the most successful event planned prior to the big day. This package includes:
- Initial planning meeting to discuss goals, finances, and vision prior to planning.
- Based on your wishes, we will narrow your options to 3 vendors for you to choose from and book.
- Unlimited communication via email or text message.
- Always working with Shannen, the owner of Pink Daisies Events
- Regular check-in meetings to discuss planning process, budget, and vendor options.
- 30 day venue walk thru
- Customized vendor timeline
- Rehearsal walk thru the week of the wedding
- Guest list management and seating chart assistance
Day Of Coordination- Small Event Wedding Planning Package
- We have two package sizes, the small event package is intended for clients with less than 40 guests. The large event package is intended for clients with 40-150 guests. Both coordination packages include:
- Up to 12 hours of service on the event day
- Vendor coordinating
- Unlimited communication via email and text message.
- Always working with Shannen, the owner of Pink Daisies Events
- Planning guide, budget tracker, and recommended vendors list to aid your planning process.
- 30 day venue walk thru
- Customized vendor timeline
- Rehearsal walk thru
- Setup and breakdown of all personal decor
- Management of all vendors and timelines on the day of so you can relax!

Our Start to Finish package includes all of the features of the partial planning and day of coordination services. Pricing for this inclusive package varies depending on the size of your event, location, and time until the event.
