Wedding planning (though fun) is a stressful & difficult process. This florist made sure to make that so. She caught our attention during of her events with advertisements and promotions to get us interested in her services. She showed us what our floral package would look like with everything she showcased & it all seemed too good to be true (it was). But the owner said there was "No catch!" (There was) As we approached the wedding the florist reached back out to my fiance and canceled the entire thing. With no warning, my fiance now in tears only moments before the wedding, the florist increased the prices and put in nonnegotiable terms into a once fairytale package. Aggressive and heated she wrote an unprofessional email to my fiance stating the new terms or else she would rescind her offer. Her professionalism and cutthroat service reminded me of an aggressive car salesman. Blooming Accents made sure that stress was the only thing in full bloom at our wedding. So if you want a florist who will lie to you, swindle you and worst of all leave your bride in tears, then this is it! There are plenty of florist who provide top of line service in Texas. This one however is not one of them.
