We are happy to put together a package for you. The exact price depends on several factors such as the date of the event, specific services included, number of hours spent at the event, etc.

Wedding Package Wedding Entertainment Package

  • Six- piece band & Emcee with a sound engineer & lighting. Three sets of live music & DJ music during set breaks.
  • Cap City Band has the talent and experience to seamlessly work your customizations into our non-stop party sets of wedding music, helping to curate a truly personalized night of amazing live entertainment for you and your guests! Our dedicated and professional emcee will work perfectly with your coordinator and we offer all kinds of great extras to exceed the expectations of our couples.
  • We love to create amazing moments at each wedding reception by engaging our happy couples and their guests both on stage and on the dance floor! We’re an Austin wedding band that takes great pride in the choreography and stage presence of our show and are constantly jumping off the stage to lead group dances and singalongs. Ours is a choreographed and rehearsed cover band show!
  • At our receptions, the party doesn’t stop - there’s NEVER any downtime with Cap City Band! Our back-to-back medleys keep everyone on the dance floor all night and we really focus on the flow, volume, and musicianship which the kind of attention to detail you can expect from a professional Austin wedding band. When our live band takes a short break the DJ fills in the gap with your requests and dance favorites!

Alex S. 4/26/2019 After seeing them perform at my sister-in-law’s welcome party last April, my husband and I were already impressed with Cap City. Cap City ended up being way better than the actual wedding reception band after all! When it was time to choose a band for our wedding in Dallas, hiring Cap City was a no brainer. Not only are they half the price of less than mediocre Dallas wedding bands, but they are SO MUCH FUN! Casey and Alyssa basically turned our reception into a full-on concert and everyone loved it! How could you not love Casey’s dance moves though?! Our dances moves pale in comparison to his and we aren’t really the type to be in the spotlight, but my husband and I didn’t even hesitate when Casey asked us to join him on stage. They were also so sweet and accommodating to allow my dad to sing with them for a song or two. Cap City couldn’t have done a better job of engaging the crowd the entire reception and they knew exactly what songs to play. The dance floor was full all night long! Cap City’s energy, talent and professionalism is truly hard to beat. We and our wedding guests are still raving about how much fun our reception was and Cap City exceeded our expectations when the bar was already set high from my sister-in-law’s wedding weekend. We can’t thank Cap City enough for their phenomenal performance and for the priceless memories they’ve given us of our wedding day. I would hire them again and again and you should too

We knew we wanted a live band at our wedding and it was important to us for our guests have to the treat of live music. This band had our guests enjoying the evening from the moment dinner was served to the last song of the night! Greg, the band manager, is highly organized, helpful in every aspect of planning/choosing wedding music, ceremony songs, microphone connections etc. The band set the tone and vibe for our entire evening and had our guests having a GREAT time from start to finish! I can't imagine our wedding day and reception without Cap City Band. The band members and musicians are one of a kind, personable and incredibly talented! You and your guests will be dancing the night away at a LIVE concert! Cap City Band, we can't thank you enough for the memories you helped us make! Your performance is one we will always cherish!

Everyone in Cap City is so talented and entertaining, none of us wanted to leave the reception! We even asked if they could play a couple more hours. We will always hire Cap City Band for events!
