I was ordained in the Unitarian Church only because I wanted to be able to perform custom, unique ceremonies for extraordinary couples. I believe that no two love stories are the same so no two weddings should ever be the same either. In 47 years, with over 1400 ceremonies, I have never done the same one twice. I work very hard to form a deep connection with every couple so they do not have to stand in front of a stranger on their wedding day. Each couple has 2-3 free personal consultations, meeting over a cup of coffee or in their home, so we can get to know each other well enough to become friends. I have performed every type of ceremony, from a huge venue with over 500 guests to an inn in the woods with only the couple and myself; from the Skyview Ferris Wheel in downtown Atlanta to a Dungeons and Dragon ceremony at a castle in North GA; there was a special pirate wedding on the beach in Myrtle Beach and a beautiful vow renewal for a blind couple on the beach at Tybee Island. My weddings have included dogs, cats, a pet snake, entrances on horseback, and once, 15 children under the age of 8. I have 5 officiants working with me and we are all non-judgmental and embrace couples that are LGBTQ, inter-racial, inter-cultural, inter-religion, and pagan...everyone deserves to marry the one they love. We are more than happy to work with couples who want anything from very religious ceremonies to those who want their wedding to be totally non-religious. Tell me what you want and I will make it happen!
